Scoliosis

The curvatures over 10 degrees in the anteroposterior radiographs are called scoliosis. Diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis can only be made after exclusion of the causes of scoliosis. Although the cause of scoliosis is not fully known, genetic causes, hormonal causes, bone and connective tissue anomalies are also shown as causes of autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
